Apricot Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 carton (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1-3/4 cups apricot pie filling
- 1 dash of ground cinnamon
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth
- Mix in vanilla
- Mix in whipped topping
- Pour into crust
- Top with pie filling
- Decorate with leftover whipped topping
- Sprinkle with cinnamon
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. The longer the better. Yields 6-8 servings depending on how you cut it
