Apricot Cream Cheese Pie

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth
  2. Mix in vanilla
  3. Mix in whipped topping
  4. Pour into crust
  5. Top with pie filling
  6. Decorate with leftover whipped topping
  7. Sprinkle with cinnamon
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. The longer the better. Yields 6-8 servings depending on how you cut it
