Banana Bread

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
2. Mix Together:
• 3 Very Ripe Bananas
• 1/3 Cup Melted Butter
• 1 Cup Sugar (Turbinado)
• 1 Egg
• 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
• 1.5 Cups of All Purpose Flour
• Pinch of Salt
3. Non-stick spray a 4 x 8 inch loaf pan.
4. Pour mixture into the pan
5. Bake for 50 - 60 minutes.
