1. Start eggs in a pot of water. Everything is cold at this point. 2. Turn up the heat to its maximum value 3. Wait and watch 4. Once it gets to a rolling boil, set the timer to 10 minutes 5. Once 10 minutes pass, immediately dump the water into the sink 6. Pour COLD water into the pot 7. The cold water unsticks the white from the shell, and keeps the weird greenish tint from appearing on the yolk 6. Perfectly boiled egg
