1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees 2. Combine ingredients in a large bowl (Clockwise from the left: a can of pumpkin, some nutmeg, some ginger, some cinnamon, some salt, and a whole lot of sweetened condensed milk) 3. Don't forget the eggs 4. Pour the mix into the pie crust 5. This is what it looks like 6. You might want to straighten it out with a butter knife or something. It doesn't make much of a difference in the end, but if it bothers you (like it did to me) then tidy it up a bit. 6 and 1/2. Put it in the oven for 15 minutes. The temperature should still be at 425 degrees. 7. After 15 minutes, turn down the temperature to 350 degrees. Leave it for 35 - 40 minutes 8. This is what it looks like after those 50 - 55 minutes in the oven (See? Straightening it out didn't REALLY help) 9. Now wait for it to cool before you put the icing on top. I was a little impatient and you can see where the icing melted. 10. Finally, my pumpkin pie. Happy Halloween 2010!
